The cookies are kicking my butt...and I'm not hitting the gym, so it's a good thing my job is quite physical. I am going to have to make some diet changes if I am going to make any head way on getting down under 200lbs before Christmas.
I will have to cut back my caloric intake, including removing cookies from my diet, so that I can reach my goal. Wishful thinking isn't going to get me there, so I am going to make some diet changes and start doing old school exercises in my room...push ups, crunches & squats...I will have no excuse, other than I am lazy...so here's to change starting in the morning (since I've already eaten my cookies tonight...damn things)
You only fail if you quit trying!!
