The cookies are kicking my butt...and I'm not hitting the gym, so it's a good thing my job is quite physical. I am going to have to make some diet changes if I am going to make any head way on getting down under 200lbs before Christmas.

I will have to cut back my caloric intake, including removing cookies from my diet, so that I can reach my goal. Wishful thinking isn't going to get me there, so I am going to make some diet changes and start doing old school exercises in my room...push ups, crunches & squats...I will have no excuse, other than I am lazy...so here's to change starting in the morning (since I've already eaten my cookies tonight...damn things)

You only fail if you quit trying!!

You may not have to eliminate cookies, just maybe limit their days or something. We used to have "Ice Cream Wednesdays" here in the summer. Maybe you could have cookie Mondays (Because Mondays suck). Do you work 7 days a week up there?
