I haven't done my exercises for a couple of nights now...feel like I'm cheating...but I've been spending time with wifey instead, and since I only get to see her for one week out of every three...slipping on the exercise is fine, but I'll get it done tonight since she is tutoring someone for an hour which is more than enough time to get my push ups, squats, crunches & weights done...

Diet wise...well, no cookies...that's good...

This will be easier as time goes on and I get used to this schedule...my girls are busy all the time, so it isn't so hard on them...coming home seems to be making it harder since I have nothing to do during the day, and when they are done work/school they have their normal activities and I get to play "Dad Taxi"...good that they have activity to keep them occupied, but bad for my limited time to see them all...

Again, I just have to get used to this...so far this sucks, but it will get better.
