Get dem Veggies or some magnesium, which will help you sleep better too 😄

Try laying on your back, brings knees to chest and then drop the knees left and look right. Hold for 10 breaths and do the other side. Your bowels move in this direction so it may help get things moving.

Thanks everyone - I got an adjustment at the chiropractor and it helped. Had to crack the back when it is outa whack.
