Can’t get my scale to give me the same number twice 😑 It teased me with 154.6 😯 but whatever I’ll see what it says after I get a new battery. Staying busy today! I went to the gym!!! 💪💪💪 Jogged for a few minutes without feeling out of breath which is nice since it’s been many months since Ive even been on a treadmill. I did arms and abs today too 😃
155.4 lb Lost so far: 53.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Kick the scale. I think it helps. Well maybe not but it feels good. Good job on exercise. I am still working on my stamina. Man I was out of shape.

Thanks guys! I’ve been doing abs for a few days in a row and it really hurts to cough or sneeze lol😄 but that is okay I’ll take it!

I got really discouraged with the way my body was looking after losing weight and being so tired I just said Skrew it! But I need to finish losing this weight, even if I never like the way I look 🤷‍♀️

@CrashtestDawnie - Yeah I was in the same lace (hating the way I looked at a lower weight). 2-3 months later after getting crazy about weightlifting (NOT cardio), and being willing to gain 10-15 pounds (to bulk), I feel I look a LOT better.
