ALL THE HOLIDAYS AND ONE WEEK IN COSTA RICA FOR DENTAL IMPLANTS WITH LOUSY FOOD, CONSIDERING ALL THIS 181.4 AND 28.7 % FAT IS NOT BAD AT ALL. I AM READY TO START A MORE STRICT INTERMITTENT FASTING WITH KETO.

181.4 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb. Still to go: 21.4 lb. Diet followed poorly.
