Today! Back on recording everything I put in my mouth. I use a ton of heavy cream and butter. I have to measure everything again and keep within my macros and calories. When I get complacent and kid myself that I can maintain without recording I'm on my way to scale creep. Been there, done that - too many times.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I just started back yesterday. Lost my focus Christmas Eve about 10:30 PM. Ate a bunch of junk leftover from family party and was very sick in the middle of the night. I will list my food and get the carbs down, lower calories. My mini challenge is to drink 16 oz. water daily. I don't drink water normally. Keep on keeping on!
