I am just now getting back on track. I have fluctuated between 223 and 224 for about the last week or two. I felt it was time for a cheat since I had done so well lately. That cheat included loaded cheese fries...buffalo chicken tenders...bread that wasn't wheat...sweet potato with cinnamon and sugar...and last but not lease McDonld's. So to say the least I had a MAJOR week and a half of cheating. I think I needed that to keep my sanity! And it was well worth the one pound I gained. Now I'm back on track to lose my next 30...and I'll have another period of treating myself once I reach that goal.
224.8 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 79.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 3.1 lb a week
