PM weigh in, 11 hrs sleep, low carb day yesterday (I ate about 2lbs of 80/20), gym last night legs & shoulders. Refeed tonight into tomorrow morning.
283.6 lb Lost so far: 42.6 lb.    Still to go: 33.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Depending on what I wake up today, I might do a 2 day water fast to end it. I did just lose over 13 lbs in about 7 days, of course a bunch was probably water but I haven't ate lightly or stayed away from the carbs.. I was around 600 last night I think...
