Yesterday I ate at 105% of goal, missed my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF down .2% and still out of range...
157.1 lb Lost so far: 27.9 lb.    Still to go: 2.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hang in there, brother! You're doing great! Slow and stead wins the race! Usually, we don't lose weight EVERY day because of lots of variables (water-retention, bowel habits, amount of fiber eaten, calories IN verses calories OUT through exercise and activity. If you look on the "Daily Accountability 2019-#1" Challenge Forum, you can find two posts I've made, giving LOTS of low-intensity and medium-intensity exercises/activities than can help burn extra calories. Sounds like you're already doing that, but just one more straw may tip the scales more in your favor. Keep up the good work!
