OK, not sure if I did a complete food entry for September 23, but I felt guilty and horrible. My family decided to go to universal city walk way. We all had Yogurtland, and my daughters were allowed to fill a bag of candy to the first line at this huge candy store. So all the while I was in this very tempting place, I was craving sweets. So we finally get home. I break down and eat two peanut butter and jelly sandwhiches. The sad thing is that I didn't stop there I ate about 4 pieces of my daughter's candy. When I woke up and weighed myself I was so surprised to be under the 190s, that let me know that it is not OK to cheat myself, but nobody is perfect and it takes time to form a habit and to break one so I will continue to strive to break my bad habits and replace them with good ones no matter how many times I fail.



189.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
