I feel I did well today. was down a pound 7 lbs. total. Fasted 21 hours. Ate chicken, vegie, taco soup with a little cheese for dinner. I Was full and satisfied.
141.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
