One day of discipline in my eating, bye-bye christmas.
174.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Trish - I cut out dinner because we had a late lunch (3pm), and even tho I ordered a chicken salad, everyone else over ordered and I caught some mopping up duties 😇 On previous days, I’d over ordered AND mopped up :p

Actually most of my drops over the past month have come from a very small dinner (col of eggs), or no dinner at all. I only have mild hunger even by the next morning, and a regular b’fast fixes that.
