Last Post.
Today marks the end of my time with FatSecret. For those that sent me messages and feature requests, I'm deeply sorry if we didn't get around to fulfilling your needs.
Hopefully soon, the team remaining will be able to bring something to light that will make the experience of this platform an easier one for you.
I've really appreciate my interactions with our community, and learning about what drives you all towards your goals. I know that journey is not an easy one and I am in awe of you all for trying.

Down with a bad cough/fever. Not covid but it’s put me off my tucker, that’s for sure.
So, am using this as an opportunity to IF for a few days & see the results (if any).
Just having an oatmeal b’fast, with lots of warm water (sometimes with a teaspoon of honey) to soothe the throat.
Let’s see what my weight does over the next 1-2 days…
