Didn't quite get to my goal weight, but got to be happy with losing 18kg over the year. Found it so hard to stick to diet and routine over the Xmas season.
179.9 lb Lost so far: 40.1 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
