This caught me off guard a little this morning on the scale. Could it be a real loss? I will not be convinced it is not a fluctuation until I blast past 153. But this is surprising because I have been on TOM for 3 days now. So I am excited to see what happens when TOM is over. I might be a believer. Time will tell.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
