Mom now in nursing home. It’s been very difficult time. She’s moving to permanent place this week. So we really want to spend as much time making sure this adjustment is OK for her. She comes in & out of dementia & knows that she can’t go home because it’s just not safe without 24/7 care. place we found is beautiful there’s a bird Arboretum that I know she’ll love. I haven’t been logging my food but the weight is dropping because I’ve been able to dance little more after visiting her. Thank you for your continued support. I’m always so amazed at power of prayer and friendship and love and trust... Once she’s finally settled will be exploring the dementia diagnosis. Basically all we’ve been doing is treating sleep deprivation. Time for me to start actually working at my job again. Also need to focus on finding a place to live. 1 itty bitty step at a time. Thank u FS friends.

151.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
