Yo-yo effect

I find that I must gain weight to build 'bulk'. But, I must lose weight to not get 'fat'. So I go 'up and down' :) So glad I am in a 'lose weight' phase. Much easier 'mentally'.

Rosio that makes sense! I’m ok with a few pounds of yo-yo action as long as its not fat.
