well well well 176 👏👏👏👏 I need to figure a fast way to upload meal photos. imgur ap sucks, I usually used their website. well today I had coffee and cram, cream cheese in the morning, turkey soup, liverwurst, celery and chocolate I made with erythratol butter and unsweetened bakers chocolate. It hit the sweet spot. Going to sleep. till tomorrow, keto on my friends. this thyroid stuff might be working.
176.5 lb Lost so far: 53.5 lb.    Still to go: 61.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week

Oh and that big job interview I was SUPPOSE to have in a webex meeting, they were no show. WTF LOSERS. they said their computer wss updating and they couldn't access the meeting. Well, I lost a bit of respect for this HR person. I rescheduled for next week. Now I I get the job they better pay me. 💰
