Up 3 lbs after a week of overeating, within plan. Then several days away from home beginning with a giant hamburger and ending with grandson's birthday bash and 2 cupcakes. I'm home now and getting back on track. Night eating has reared it's ugly head. I may be going to bed by 7 - end of my eating window. 😆
150.8 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
