Doing both. Feeling tired and lazy today but I’m still taking my butt to boxing class tonight since I didn’t workout yesterday and I won’t get another workout day till Monday. 😒

Chris, because i needed someone to push me, lol! I went last night and he kicked my @$$! I was doing low carb but I was at a plateau and I’m not happy with the amount of squish I still have. Doing cyclical Keto to see if that works better for me. I watched a video that Brandon Cárter did on Cyclical Keto and he convinced me, lol!

What most people don't realize is fasting can put a healthy non keto person into light ketosis even after just sleeping for 8-10 hours 😜 so a lot of people are probably doing cyclical keto 😱

I never registered high even with blood.. Almost never with urine. I just read your body actually reabsorbs ketones that are in your bladder also which I've never heard of.. Interesting

The headache is likely from low electrolytes - when you eat low carb, the body sheds salt. Have a cup of salty broth or bouillon, it should help.

Well, I broke Keto this weekend because I went out of town for a wedding Saturday afternoon. Then I went to ihop yesterday (slightly hung over) and I had to have a pancake... ended up having 2 small peices of brownie on top of that. Had to take an allergy pill because of my gluten allergy! Zero regrets though! I’m back today and I worked it off! Ended up taking a private boxing technique class this afternoon followed by some moderate weight training, and then took a boxing class this evening. I will be staying on top of my water intake and plan on drinking broth to avoid that nasty headache.

Lol! I’m just joking with you! You always give great advice and I really value your knowledge. I agree with all of the points you made, which is why I thought cyclical Keto might be a better option. I think that deep Keto might not be good for the issues that I face. Going to give this a little more time and then maybe I’ll just go back to low carb.
