Ate 5 cookies and an extra cup or two of coffee.
173.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Unfortunately sweets are my downfall and temptress., but thank you I did not get them in there last night, I got to doing laundry. Sigh., I gained 5 oz
