started at 178 now at 176.3 Not on a particular diet other than 98 percent is home made , watching salts and fats for both hubby and me. Now at 175.6 October 29th and down to 173.5

My diet of lower calorie intake and smaller portions are still working. I am 173.4 So today I am 173.6 it is November 2nd.


This month earlier in August 2021

Now a year later down to 155.6 and exercising faithfully and on a strict low sodium diet, having fun tweaking recipes and making yummy food.

My new weight goal is 140. my new goal is to stay where I am. keep eating right, and exercise Today December 16th I am 134.6. I've hit my goal weight I'm now 128.2

made a new soup
Vegetables, with real tomato and chicken broth /all low to no sodium Wink Lentils gave it that awesome touch.
