might have to go back to logging everything I eat - I think seeing it makes a difference. Going to be another busy week on the road - four nights away, two different hotels, one evening, one day at a big venue with crappy food choices... We've got sunshine and blue skies with spotty clouds today and I've got a fairly big to-do list. Going to fit in a good brisk walk regardless. Happy Sunday everyone!
