I am going to update my picture. The one on here is over year old. I do not look like that now. I have changed my woe and I am losing everyday! This could may and probably slow down but I feel great. Im doing a Atkins/ JUDDD woe. UD and DD. AND counting kcals!!!! I have been eating way too much protein! For almost 17 months I ate 72/68 Induction and I melted. THEN stopped in my tracks.


NOW I am blazing a trail again!!!!!
168.2 lb Lost so far: 131.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
