I've added coffee and cream in the mornings and sometimes early meal. not good. it just increases my total calories way too early, and when I'm hungry at night I'm limited. the last few days my calories have been too much for me to lose weight. I also had cheese/dairy the last few days. I think the morning calories affect me more that dairy but I can't afford the calories. I'm much fuller with a bowl of ground beef then a block of cheese! it looks like I need to keep my calories under 1200 to really see any progress. 😟 lucky me. I also can't keep my blood glucose under 100 if I eat any carbs... last night I was cravings a big cheat but didn't. I was hoping I would lose today but gained again. WHAT EVER. 😨 today I'm still wanting that donut. darn it. going to volunteer at my vets new location today. She's bought a building and we are gong to get it ready for her first own practice, yeah.
180.5 lb Lost so far: 49.5 lb.    Still to go: 65.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
