Almost forgot to log my weight. Up a lill bit. No biggie. TOM started this evening. This is my first period off of keto since April! I’m really missing my “security blanket” Mood swings and craving galore. I snapped at a rude customer today over the phone. My manager didn’t really believe the customer; since it was completely out of character for me to be rude back to shitty ass customers😅😓😭 I was actually a lill embarrassed I lost my cool. I should have just hung up on him 🤷‍♀️
154.0 lb Lost so far: 55.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Dawnie, perfectly normal. Glad you didn't get in trouble for it. I worked retail one Christmas and I had to talk myself down a few times when dealing with rude customers. Now is the time to pamper yourself. 💖

Sorry about the emotional stress 😬. This reminds me that I have to cut my carbs down because I will start to get mood swings. Highs not so bad, but the lows must be avoided at all cost...

1 good thing about TOM is I sleep more. Slept till 5:15. Well, I woke up a few times but passed right back out. I’m basically a walking zombie 😪
