OMG!! I lost 4 pounds..... WOO-HOO! I’m so excited. I haven’t weighed 177 since I was 14...(Sad I know). 😬😁👍🏼👌🏼🤯
177.0 lb Lost so far: 65.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
