it's always after the weekend, but how do you discipline yourself on the weekend ?
129.6 lb Lost so far: 5.7 lb.    Still to go: 23.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think that a daily, even weekly, change in weight should be taken with a grain of salt. See what happens in a month.

Rosio19, determination will get one to one’s goal but often not on the schedule one would like or expect.

i always tell myself 4 to 5 days a week i will exercise. if i can throw in an extra day i do. for me weekends i rest and i focus on just my healthy eating. find what works for you.
