I walked 6.6 miles yesterday. Not all in one walk, but broken into 4 walks. I wake up at 4, my shift starts at 5. I ate ntohing until after 9 am, a greek salad, mostly lettuce. Ate a slice of really good pizza from the Pi at 1:30, some vegetables with ranch dip, then another greek salad with pork and chicken at 4:30. No liquor. No sugar with my coffee. Lots of water throughout the day. I need to start doing some kind of upper body workout regulary, and I want to srart cycling again. Biking 3 times a week, an hour or more at a time.
