I'm not hungry. I'm eating less than I have in the last 25 years, but I'm not hungry. I walked a couple miles yesterday and lifted light weights, worked chest, shoulders and core for about 20 minutes. drank lots of water. No liquor. Feeling really good. I quit eating from boredom.
