I was happy about the weight this morning but I have done absolutely nothing except attend meetings today so will see where I land up in the morning. Having my body scan on Friday so will have to hit the Cardio pretty heavy tomorrow I am not touching a weight until body scan. I am thinking of maybe 2 sessions. Will see how I feel.
188.5 lb Lost so far: 151.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 12 September 2018:

Lol, I have the same issue I am am now so used to weighing myself everyday it has become habitt. Will post my scan results tomorrow. Those results will then from the basis of my next goal.

Whatever your next goal is I know you will mail it mate! You got the support body everyone on here and your determined! Have you got an educated guess on the results of your scan, mine where so off hahahaha.

Hahaha, I cannot guess but I know I have not put on much muscle so will see. I hope visceral fat is now below 9 and that I am now below 20% body fat, probably wishful thinking but I will get to my single digit fat percentage. Also everyone people on FS are supportive so I know I will nail it. My only issue is I know how to lose weight but not so good at gaining. I have been reading a lot so will see how I go I am trying to bring as much science as possible to this.

Exactly the same boat here as far as gaining the weight in a healthy way. For weeks to my next scan so I will see how my increased cal intake goes and adjust from there. Again mate best luck tomorrow 👌 I'm sure you got this! On a side note I was pretty happy with my viseral fat 1 🎉🎉

I saw that 1, that's a great effort. That maybe makes me think I should continue loosing bodyfat and weight and start trying to gain muscle when I am in the 70's. Confusion right now all I know is that I will do things in a methodical way.
