So I am up from last week Friday's official weigh in but done since Monday's unofficial weigh in... This is driving me nuts.

Have a wonderful weekend everyone...
155.6 lb Lost so far: 61.2 lb.    Still to go: 12.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Tomorrow I'm going to do measurements & then each month after that, coz that's a better way to track losses than only using the scale.

It’s just a number - focus on how you’re feeling! Water weighs more than fat and can fluctuate that much day to day. Have a great weekend!
