good morning everyone...this is my weigh-in day...lets see now!....well, I neigher gained or lost today...that's good...I maintained my weight over the weekend....still @ 247 lbs.
next weigh-in will be Thursday...thanks y'all for your support....
247.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
