Don't stress so much about carbs, even if you did 13 three times a day, you will lose. Slow and easy works for life.

i dnt stress abt carbs..i just keep my calories to a minimum..i feel like that way m able to go longer

for me not bad only 20.88 carbs; mostly from the slice of bread and grapes...

I usually stay around 65 to 70 carbs a day...

besides...if u r going to walk, run, ride a bike, or work out @ the gym; then this little bit of carbs r going to burn off...also the rest of my day I will be eating small bites throught my day & not eat big meals all @ once...this makes it easier to burn off the extras and stay full too....

Be careful with grapes, they are full of sugar. My diabetic nurse calls them sugar cubes. Much better to choose berries, if you’re worried about your sugar intake.
