Back after spending 2 days visiting daughter, grand daughter and great grandson. Then another grand daughter (master hair stylist). A lot of driving, great hair cut, and lots of fun. Stayed on WOE quite well. Very happy to be back to my smoky house on the lake.

Weigh in this morning was a nice surprise. 😁
149.8 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
