I think my long term fatigue is starting to wear off. I was up at 5am this morning with so much energy for the first time in years. My weight-loss however is starting to stagnate. For the first time in 6 months I have gained 100g over the whole week. Given my diet and lack of measuring cm's I would say that is terrible as to date the scale has been my friend. The funny thing however is that I was a bit sick starting last week Monday so I skipped cold showering (3mins warm - 2 mins cold) but kept the gym and added cardio. So I ate relatively well, did cardio and had good workouts in the gym but gained weight. Funnily enough I will have to put it to skipping cold showering. There must be something about cold showers because that was the only change. Will see if my theory holds true but I am loving have a nice warm shower in winter. If weight stays the same then back to cold.
202.4 lb Lost so far: 137.3 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

adding cardio is the best thing ever, it's funny watching my heart get stronger hahaha. you can see muscles get bigger but you don't. 'see' your heart getting stronger. that was untill I started regularly using a heart rate monitor. I have to work so much harder then I did 10 weeks ago to get and keep heart rate up. your braver then me talking cold showers in winter hahahaha. I have a Polish friend who swears by cold showers having huge benefits for skin firmness but I can bring myself to do it hahahaha

Thanks guys, Cold Showers and Skin firmness I can attest to that. I have 3 heart rate monitors might take them out of storage. They would probably be more accurate than ever now seeing that I have lost a ton of weight. Will take them out. I will be interested to see how I go.
