HA! Don't know what happened here. Been following my WOE pretty well. The calories are usually within range. I'll give it a week and see. Perhaps I need to adjust the calories downward. Maybe it's just a blip. Worra, worrall, worra. 🤨🤨🤣
153.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
