keto to Carnivore (ZERO CARB) day 15: that scale is starting to budge! yeah, in carnivore your not suppose to count, just eat. to all you calorie counters, (me too) I use to have to drop calories under 1000 to get the scale to move. this time I went ZERO CARB. I'm 5'3 averaging about 1500 calories and losing now. this will be interesting to see how I progress. I need to go shopping I'm out of meat. I might go pulled pork this week, or ground beef. it's cheap and filling. happy weekend!
183.0 lb Lost so far: 47.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
