I'm struggling right now.. I got to my 1st goal (200) & now my body seems to be sabotaging me.. I can't seem to get enough to eat.. N.Y. body seems to need something & i can't figure what it needs..So I'm eating more but trying not to eat things i shouldn't just more of the good stuff.. Hope this feeling doesn't last long & I can get back on track..
200.0 lb Lost so far: 69.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Are you using Apple cider vinegar? It has lots of minerals in it. I usually go to Home made pickles with the ACV for unspecified cravings ... LOL It does nothing for chocolate or pizza cravings.

good idea to eat the extra your body wants with nutritious choices. its all about the choices I think.
