I appreciate everyone’s support. I started this journey 11 months ago at 243lb. I weighed in today at 170lb with 10lb to go! I couldn’t have done it without FatSecret

170.0 lb Lost so far: 55.2 lb. Still to go: 10.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
