Weight gain. Bummer but ok. This is a lifelong plan and still down over 10 lbs from 5/31/18. Turning a bad few days into good data. Switched macros to less protein more fat and also having breakfast be biggest meal. Not working the few times done so far (appetite lost) but will give it to end of week and see if my appetite normalizes. If not will go back to lighter breakfast. Also been off feet and knee mostly sedentary. Planning 10 day fast end of July. Will rest knee through end of fast and reconsider meds then.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
