So I’ve noticed that I’ve been peeing like crazy this week. I haven’t been consuming AS much salt as usual. I ran out of lime so I haven’t had my green tea with salt, lime and collagen in the am like usual but I still salt my food. Could this be that mysterious “whoosh” effect?... I think that’s almost 4#s this week
170.4 lb Lost so far: 38.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hopefully it is not the case for you, but, for me this means I am getting dehydrated, and then I get lethargic. Perhaps it is a "fasting" thing that doesn't apply to you...
