Cindy Eggleston's Journal, 26 March 2008

Have not been following my eating plan for the last month or so and am up 3 pounds, am finally motivated to get back to writing down what I eat in my food journal. I hate this feeling of my jeans being tight again, I know I can do this!
167.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.7 lb a week

time to get bck on track and back into eating healthier...and dont forget the exercising...you can do this

You're right, I did get back to my healthy eating plan today, stocked the fridge up with low fat cheese and sliced turkey, hard boiled eggs, cut up celery and laughing cow cheese, apples and peanut butter, whole grain breads, fish & chicken, etc. The good thing about when I "went off" my eating plan, I did continue to exercise at Curves and go to my pool therapy 2 to 3 times a week. But it seems for me to be able to lose any amount of weight I have to do both the exercise and eating right. Thanks for the encouragement!
