I am grateful for a 1 lb loss this week. I am awaiting TOM and unusually I am bloated and puffy, or maybe I just never used to notice it because I was so FAT anyway!! Off on a bike ride this morning - I had a significant jog time yesterday and I aint even aching this morning - now thats progress!!
176.0 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1943 kcal Fat: 151.85g | Prot: 118.01g | Carb: 28.71g.   Breakfast: red onion, sweetener, coffee decaf, Olive Oil, eggs, whipping cream, cheese, bacon. Lunch: heinz ketchup, sliced cheese singles, red onion, Co-op aberdeen ans chilli burgers, cucumber, spinach, hellmans mayo. Dinner: avocado, hellmans real mayoniese, tuna, cucumber, spinach, red onion, red pepper. Snacks/Other: sweetener, coffee decaf, whipping cream, bacon, cheddar. more...

Good Job Jill on the exercising. How is OWL working for you? Are you adjusting? are you staying purple? noticed you leveled off, then started losing again this week...

Yes I stayed the same last week, I have been a bit sporadic with the whole OWL thing, one day last week I had 28 TC - I am still purple 30-40% I am going to do 25 TC this week everyday - I have also upped my exercise ALOT in the last weeks so I am getting some muscle !! Hows your OWL ??

well, I am only a few days in...but I am still at 40%, and still losing...I am back to weighing every day for awhile to keep track of any changes...and I have only begun to add 5g's per day of extra salad or veggies. So, so far so good! Next week I will go for strawberries...if everything proceeds according to plan...then nuts...

Good for you on your loss this week! Only 22 lbs to go! how exciting! Amazed you can stay purple with that many carbs! I get outta ketosis at anything above 20! You and JS have a great plan!

Strawberries are lush!! I used to cake them in sugar! Now I relish the sweetness!
