Can't figure out why I went suddenly down then crept back up. i am 5'10" so it is spread out! lol. I may have been dehydrated. started doing strength exercises here at home so get those in while going to the gym every few days for elliptical. my daughter is into Herbalife so I helped her Join and she is getting me a bunch of their teas and protein powder so I can do meal replacement here and there. I am religiously taking my B12 drops, thyroid drops, enzymes, probiotics, etc and I do feel better little by little plus just ordered vitamin D3 ... need to order Calcium & Mag with that. I'm hoping that will make a difference with my pain and stiffness and joint pain! I really need to get my energy level good with this added opportunity since I will be so so busy and working alot!
