Freephilly's Journal, 04 July 2018

Seriously, ate just over 800 cals yesterday, 800 so far today and still no budge. That is less then usual. Usually eat around 1100. Found out about this new workout called metabolic workouts so did one of those today and will do at least 1 or 2 everyday and see if that does anything. My carbs consist of produce, usually organic and 3-4 oz. of protein. I never even eat the kind of stuff I see in all the pictures on here! wtf else can I possibly do to kick my flipping metabolism or thyroid into gear!!
245.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Try fasting for a day to see that will get you going. I fast once a month.

As someone who cannot fast for medical reasons; you might also consider the following. Our bodies will sometimes hold on to fat/muscle because it thinks we are placing it in starvation mode. I take off weight slowly and have found if I consume too few calories, the weight sticks around longer. Just "food for thought."
