I had a cheat weekend and now am 2.5 pounds heavier today. No worries. I know it is just food weight. LOL. By tomorrow, I will probably be back to normal.
191.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
