I’m not sure why my weight is up. Maybe I need to start eliminating some things.... starting with wine and salt. Life might become a lot less fun if I’m going to get to my goal.

Be sure you are drinking plenty of water. Small fluctuations are normal, I'm not sure how often you are weighing in. So many variables can cause a small gain, salt, water, hormones, etc. Hang in there!
