no wonder why I'm hungry, I've only eaten 500 calories. I've been busy, but now it's so late and I'm feeling so hungry. oops. I then had 2 glasses of merlot, won't be having alcohol for a while since I really don't drink much. and a tablespoon of almond butter. Tuesday is my 50th birthday and I'm definitely irritated at that since no one wants to do anything or even remember it's my 50th. so, I'll chugg along, keto.happy. grrr 50 peace ✌
192.5 lb Lost so far: 37.5 lb.    Still to go: 77.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
