I feel like i am retaining water and that it is "really more." I had a very on-point week, so i did the best i could. Also lost a few inches. Onward and downward!
Update! Did 30 mins on elliptical and cize go for it routine. Man do i sweat. I feel good! Nice and cool today. Will def get out w/the doggy.
Also, the jury was out for many years, but i do in fact have abs after all. I know this bc they remind me every time i move...
